The status is "shipped" but where is my key?

First check that your e-mail address is valid and available. 
Depending on your email provider, it may take several minutes to receive the game. Please also check your spam folder. For some games, it can need a bit more time to be shipped. Please be patient.

If you have not received your key after some hours, please contact us via live chat or by email via the contact form. Please send us only one ticket, multiple tickets request is useless.
